Our Story
SPECIAL40 was born
out of CAPITAIRE Consulting.
It all began when business consultants at Capitaire partnered with multiple businesses across the industries, and they identified a common challenge most companies struggle with: a lack of financial experts with skills the real corporate world demands.
At the same time, thousands of commerce students graduate every year and enter the corporate workforce. Yet, most of them struggled to survive due to the limited practical skills that companies demand. As a result, they find it difficult to scale their careers or secure high-paying roles.
SPECIAL40 was designed to bridge this gap through practical finance training, real-world business exposure, interview preparation, and personalised mentorship. The programme equips commerce graduates with the right skills, confidence, and corporate readiness to build successful careers in finance.
With just 40 students in each batch, SPECIAL40 focuses on practical learning, individual attention, and expert mentorship that prepares graduates to meet the evolving demands of the finance industry.
